Look at what my sweet friend Hollie brought for me yesterday when she helped me check #18 off my list by taking me out to lunch! Yummy!!! Thank you Hollie! BTW, we ate at Oliveto and if you like garlic A LOT you should go there. You should really, really like garlic though. A LOT!
It's not even my birthday yet, but let me just say that this has been the best birthday ever! I know tomorrow will be all about parties and costumes and candy but it won't matter because I have been celebrating all month long. Thank you so much to all of you that have sent sweet birthday wishes! I have loved the little surprises (like the Diet DP that Terra left in the pink PaperDoll container) and the well wishes that came throughout October. I have just really enjoyed celebrating life this month. It really hasn't been all about me...we've done some fun things with friends and family and I've gotten a lot of things accomplished this month. I may just start making a celebration list every month. As Mr. Magorium said, "Life is an occassion, rise to it!" Let's celebrate! At least until election day and then let's talk. I might not be celebrating then.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is my mom's birthday. Yes, it's the day before mine. Doesn't that make ME the most fabulous belated birthday present ever???
For your birthday this year I wish these things for you:
1. I hope that McCain jumps ahead in the polls today and that FOX news is extra exciting to watch.
2. I hope that you get some Obama joke emails so you can forward them on to everyone you know since you've hardly done that at all this election. :)
3. I hope you get to talk to all 7 of YOUR sweet babies so they can wish you a Happy Birthday.
4. I hope you get to open a beautifully wrapped gift - but it won't be from me because mine's not ready yet.
5. I hope there's a really great movie on Lifetime and that your DVR works.

Happy Birthday! I hope you have a great day!! I love you! Hugs and kisses from all of us...

Dear Leslie,

I wanted to respond to your comment about the trays butI didn't know how to get in touch with you. I figured if you are wondering about them then maybe someone else is too so I should just put the info on my blog. You're right...they are not on the website. That is because I have been a website slacker and I haven't updated the website in months. I make the blog do all the work. It's so much easier.
The trays can be made out of any design that you see on the blog or website. They are dishwasher safe! They are adorable! They are $28 each. I can also do photo trays. They are stinkin' cute (especially if you have stinkin' cute kids, grandkids or dogs that you put on them) and they are $35.

Last Call for Halloween Treats!

Send in your order by noon Tuesday and your treats will be ready for pick up by Thursday evening!

Remind me to take #11 off my list next year!

We woke up this morning and it was a beautiful day so we decided we would go to the pumpkin patch after church. Church was great, everyone was happy, we grabbed some snacks and we were on our way. When we pulled into the pumpkin patch we saw that quite possilby the entire Tulsa Metro area had decided that today was a perfect day to go to the patch. We decided to brave the crowds. We cheerfully got out of our car and suddenly ALL the Oklahoma winds came sweeping down the plain. There was a small dust storm and once we were attacked by flying hay it was over for my allergy ridden family. We were about two minutes into this little yearly tradition and the Jameison family with their itchy watery eyes was ready to hit the road. We braved it for as long as we could. There was no way I was going to give up before my kids had fed a goat (gross), walked through a pitch black hay maze (scary) and had their picture taken on top of a pile of dirty bruised pumpkins while they squinted into the sun (cute.) We came straight home and lined up the little medicine cups. A shot of Benadryl for all! What a fun time at the Pumpkin Patch!
Little Miss Nora can strike a model pose even when she's miserable!

Speaking of checkmarks gone wrong, I did take the little darlings to the super cute donut shoppe for super cute donuts last week. Graham had a skull and crossbones and Nora and Charlie had orange cats. I failed to mention it because after we had eaten and right as we were leaving the store my sweet Prince Charles threw up that orange cat. It was quite a memorable check on the birthday list. I don't do throw up. I failed to inherit that mother gene that makes throw up okay as long as it comes out of your own child.
I shouldn't post when I am suffering from allergies....I sound kinda cranky, huh?
