Picture Post

I have reached the light at the end of the "back to school" tunnel! I'm so thankful for the busy season but am thrilled to be getting back to normal in the PaperDoll world. I'm not gonna lie...the last few weeks have been a little rough. I've been working about 70 hours a week and had hit burnout and plain exhaustion. A few weird things have happened lately on the business side of things that have had me in a funk but now that things have slowed down a bit and the kids are back to school, I'm feeling a new found PaperDoll love and am ready to get back to doing what I love. I'm reorganizing the office, making a work schedule, reevaluating some products and deciding which ones to keep and which ones to discontinue, and planning out some new packaging. I am also getting super anxious to sit down and come up with some new designs. Thanks for baring with me during the last few weeks. I know I was slower to return emails and orders took a bit longer so I really appreciate YOU!

Picture Post

Happy Wednesday!

I'm on the downhill stretch to my little vacation from PaperDoll! I'm super excited to shut the laptop for a week and just hang with my family. I'm spending the last few days of this week trying to get as many orders out as possible so I can walk away with a very short PaperDoll To Do list. Any orders that are not finished by Friday night will be first on the list on July 9th when I reluctantly re-open the door to the PaperDoll Studio. Actually, I can't even really close the door to my office. The door sticks. Funny story...my husband has had to come home from work TWICE to rescue me from my office. Nora face timed all her friends during one of the incidents and they all found it hilarious. I could hear them all laughing outside the door. I'm EXTREMELY claustrophobic so even though my office is not small, the thought of being locked inside had me going a little crazy. They thought it was too funny! We finally took the door off the hinges until we can get it fixed because I can't stand the chance of being locked inside again!! Anyway...random....now on to the picture post!!

Picture Post

Our summer is off to a great start. I'm already finding it hard to squeeze in any work with the kids home. I need to get that figured out FAST....the orders are piling up. My PaperDoll customers are the best!!!

I'm STILL cleaning out my picture files on my computer but I'm making progress. These pics are from April so I'm getting there...
