I know I've mentioned before that I've failed a few times at reading the Bible in a year. For the last few years in a row I have attempted to do it and usually there comes a time...either summer time or a super busy time for PaperDoll Designs..that I get off track. I am determined to complete it this time around. I feel super convicted to do this and I am determined not to just read it through but to really soak it in. I'm using the YouVersion app...chronological Bible in a Year and I've been loving it so far and have actually gotten a little ahead of schedule. I know at some point though, I'm going to have one of those days or one of those weeks and be really tempted to skip a day here or there OR give up all together. That's where you come in.
I've realized recently that I need accountability with this sort of thing...big time. So I'm looking for some of you to join me and hold me to it. Since I'm obsessed a little with Instagram, I'm thinking an Instagram hashtag is the way to go. If you'd like to join me in reading the Bible in a year or just commit to a daily devotional for the next year, I'd love for you to share pictures as you go and use hashtag #thywordinayear.
